Shipping, Cancellations and Tracking

Shipping and Delivery

We have several warehouses, 1 in Spain and the rest abroad. Once an order is completed, we will process the shipment within 1 to 5 days. If there is a lack of inventory in the warehouse closest to your address, we will send the order from China, where we store the vast majority of products. Shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive, it varies depending on the transport company and the sales volume we have on those dates.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be sent within 3 to 7 business days once the shipping information has been updated with the shipping companies. Afterwards, you will be able to track your order. If your order is located abroad, we recommend that you use the following platform to view the status of the shipment: http://parcelsapp.com/es
If your order has not yet arrived in Spain, the tracking information in mail It will appear as pre-registered, however if your order has already arrived in the peninsula you will be able to see what stage it is in.

Returns and Size Exchanges

Our Return Policy is 14 days after receiving the order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or size exchange after the date has passed. To make a return or size exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, for more information please contact us.

Wrong Address

If the delivery address is incorrect it is the buyer's responsibility, please make sure the delivery address is correct. shipment entered is correct. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping time. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Theft and Loss

Don Zapas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier. If you have further questions on how to do so, please contact our customer service team.

Cancellations

If your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it, the shipment will continue and there will be 2 delivery attempts with Correos. If you still want to cancel, please do not pick up your order. After 15 days we will process a refund.

Additional information

In most cases, shipping is done by courier and the delivery time is 3 to 10 days. Depending on the demand we are having at that time.  Processing time may be delayed a few days.

In some exceptional cases, shipping is done directly from the supplier and the order delivery date is 7-14 days. In some cases, depending on the supplier, the order will be delivered within a period of 3-4 weeks.

To track your order you will need a tracking number which will be sent by email once the information has been updated.
