Shipping, Cancellations and Tracking
Shipping and Delivery
We have several warehouses, one in Spain and the rest abroad. Once an order is completed, we will process the shipment within 1 to 5 days. If the item is out of stock at the warehouse closest to your address, we will ship the order from China, where we store the vast majority of our products. Shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping company and our sales volume at that time.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be sent within 3 to 7 business days, once the shipping information has been updated by the shipping company. You can then track your order. If your order has not yet arrived in Spain, the tracking information in mail It will appear as pre-registered, however if your order has already arrived in the peninsula you will be able to see what stage it is at.
Returns and Size Exchanges
Our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or size exchange after this period. To make a return or size exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please contact us.
Wrong Direction
If the delivery address is incorrect, it is the buyer's responsibility; please ensure the address is correct. shipment The address you entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Thefts and Losses
Don Zapas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the carrier. If you have any further questions about how to do this, please contact our customer service team.
Cancellations
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. The shipment will continue and there will be two delivery attempts with the postal service. If you still want a cancellation, please do not collect your order. Once 15 days have passed, we will process a refund.

In most cases, shipping is done by courier and the delivery time is 3 to 10 days, depending on current demand. Processing time may be delayed by a few days.
In some exceptional cases, the shipment is made directly from the supplier and the delivery date is 7-14 days. In some cases, depending on the supplier, the order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
